We hope that you are fully satisfied with the products you have received from us. If however you have ordered in error or are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your items for a refund, please email us for a returns number. You have 14 days from receipt of your items to return them to us. We only refund postage outward and are not responsible for return postage and the goods must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition. We cannot accept returned items that have been damaged, missing packaging or have missing tags

Free goods. . All goods supplied and/or fitted "FREE" do not form part of the sales contract in any shape or form, any problems or failure of these "free" goods are not part of any warranty or guarantee scheme and are considered a bonus item.

Fitted skis. All skis/binding sets that are either fitted or setup for customers own boots/requirements cannot be returned under any circumstances as they have been altered/customised.
