Model: 176CMS COMTE
This NINTHWARD "COMTE 176" model SKI has been designed for the Advanced  Park and piste skier, its stack of high end features will make your eyes pop, just feast your eyes on the list of features further down the page.
To be honest, I dont know much about this ski but here's the story. I understand this model "COMTE" is a few seasons old as they have been making this ski for about 4+ years as far as I am aware.  A bunch of them were found at the back of the Austrian factory recently where they were made, they were marked as factory seconds and I guess they got left in a corner to sort but must have sat there gathering dust, until now.
I managed to secure the small lot and had then shipped over from Austria. Upon inspection they look pretty good to me and the "seconds" label appears to be a bit harsh as they look very nice, with a few small cosmetic blemishes, the only thing I can detect wrong with them. They are all shrink wrapped but have unwrapped a few random samples to check over. But I guess if you were paying £500+ for them, they would have to be perfect. But we are selling them for just a fraction of the Suggested retail price, so they  must be the bargain of the century, IMO. A couple of cosmetic imperfections/scuffs is a small price to pay for a ski of this pedigree, sold at this incredible low price!!!
The details below are from the Ninthward website, apparantley the Comte has changed very little over the years as the original was designed so well that upgrades haven't really happened apart from a few minor changes and a different paint job every year. I am not sure of the year our version was made, maybe 05/06 0r much later, but they are NEW and UNUSED, SLIGHT SECONDS, but this ski is a LEGEND, so make of this info what you will, but you wont be disappointed for the price.
Recent "Comte" 09/10 comments . "Le Comte" is designed by the legend Swiss skier and entertainer himself Mikael Deschenaux. For being the only man in history to win the US open two times in a row, Mikael created a 118/80/106 park ski that has been proclaimed by skiers to be the best park ski ever created and won the "The Best Park Ski Of The Year" this year. The banging short 18.5 meter turning radius and powerful carving abilities for ramp take off and switch landings makes you feel as confident as Mikael in the park. 45 HRC edges bonded to an 8.5mm sidewall and PA 12 silkscreened top sheet are used along with a poplar/beech micro laminate construction in order to put you in lead of the competition. The sintered IS 7500 silkscreened base generates enough speed to carry anyone over the knuckle of those 80 foot step downs. This ski is for the most aggressive park skier on the planet. A unique shape and design makes it the only ski in its class.

The ski desgned by the freeski legend Mikael Deshenaux - This skis with only little changes is produced since 2005 and by many skiers is considered to be the best twintip ever produced. Mikael introduced style, butters and presses into freesking and his ski allows and easy to do all of that.
Turning radius: 18 meters

A great NINTHWARD TWINTIP Ski for all advanced skiers wishing to own this LEGEND of a ski.
Factory seconds are likely to be graded as seconds because of several possible production problems. As you can imagine, making a ski involves lots of different skills, machinery and people. Sometimes with the best will in the world mistakes happen, somebody doesn't pay attention or a machine malfunctions. All these factors can contribute to a finished product not up to 1st quality, although the product is very usable in the real sense but will not command TOP DOLLAR. Factories strive very hard not to produce 2nds but they do, its the nature of the beast. These skis are such a product, a legendary ski and a real bargain.
