We aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, which is normally within 1-2 working days. If you require something urgently, please email or call us and we will endevour to dispatch ASAP.

UK DELIVERY RATES and SERVICES:
Due to the wide nature of goods for sale, we offer FREE postage on all "standard small mixed goods  to ALL UK POSTCODES,

Standard "small mixed goods" include everything we sell except skis/snowblades and snowboards.

The free postage is usually the cheapest service available which is normally 2nd class recorded delivery or 5 day courier (2-5 working days). If you require an express service upgrade  please add this at checkout, this is normally £5 extra and gets upgraded to 24 hour if available.

UK Carriage of Snowboards and skis
These are NOT included in the free postage offer.  Skis and boards are sent on a 48 hour service as standard, costs are below. This service is normally from Parcelforce and will require a signature. In the event of nobody being "IN" to sign for the parcel, they will normally leave a card for you to rearrange delivery or for you to pick up from the local depot. You can upgrade this service to 24 hour for skis only. Boards are too large for the 24 service. If in doubt, call us.

Skis and boards are charged at DIFFERENT flat rates depending on your postcode, see below.  Its a sad fact of life that although we live in a very small country, couriers charge a standard rate for (MAINLAND UK) although it does not include ALL mainland addresses. All postcodes are zoned, see below for what  zone your postcode drops into and choose the correct zone charge at checkout for these larger items. Thanks

Zone 1 £10  England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3 below.

Zone 2 £15 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. costs £18.99

Zone 3 £20 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. COSTS £22.99

Boards, same zones as skis, cost is higher.

Standard (1 small box of goods) that normally carry FREE delivery to UK adresses are charged at £12  PER ORDER to all Euro zone  addresses below. see available countries, For shipping outside the Euro zone, please email us for rates.

Carriage costs of SKIS to Europe and Rest of World.
Skis sent to the following countries, in EUROZONE1, this includes France, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands.
This cost is as follows

£19.99 for skis upto 99cms, £25.99 for skis 116cms length,  all other skis £29.99
