You may cancel your order any time within seven (7)  days, beginning on the day after you received the goods under standard DSR.  After the 7 days, the transaction is deemed final and binding and no returns are allowed after this cooling off period. We will refund the price of the goods in full (eligible returns). Upgraded postage/Express/courier or overseas postage will not be refunded. Postage will not be refunded if you are buying multiple items and not all of them are being returned.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service as a minimum requirement as we cannot be responsible for any returns that do not arrive back for processing.  If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing by post or by email within the 7 day cooling off period (as stated above). 7 days includes Saturdays. We will not accept goods returned without prior arrangement and we will not accept goods returned that are outside the cooling off period for refund. If you want to return goods outside this 7 day cooling off period, we may offer a credit note or exchange at our discretion, goods will not be refunded.

Once you have informed us of the return (within the required period), you must return the goods to us as soon as possible (within 7 days of asking for the return) they must be intact/new/unused/undamaged and in their original packaging with tags if applicable, and at your own cost and risk. We suggest returning goods by secure courier or recorded delivery as we cannot refund/exchange goods that are lost in transit. Lost in transit returned goos will have to be looked into by you and your chosen postal supplier, we accept no responsibilty for lost returns.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
